A LACK of proper record keeping at a Copthorne care home could have seen a woman being left to die against her wishes.A report by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on Heatherley care home, on Effingham Lane, found that staff were not keeping accurate records.One shocking example revealed a resident had a do not attempt to resuscitate (DNAR) form authorised by her husband in their care plan.This meant that if her heart and breathing stopped, staff were advised not to attempt to resuscitate...
