TWO men arrested in connection with a brutal hammer attack outside a community centre will face no further action.A 28-year-old from Copthorne and a 22-year-old from Crawley were questioned by police following the incident outside The Haven Centre, in Crawley Down, on the afternoon of June 16. They were bailed until last Thursday, but they were both released without charge after the victim, a 31-year-old man, told police he did not wish to proceed with the case.
